Voilà Baguette produces a soft, easy to work dough and a perfect bread, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Type “0” soft wheat flour is enriched with dehydrated sourdough, which gives the final product a richer, more natural taste, and soft wheat malt. Voilà Baguette is completely natural, with no emulsifiers or artificial additives.
